Founded in 1981, the Aastra Users Group is a nonprofit, incorporated group, made up of corporations, hospitals and universities that own and operate Aastra products, including:

  • Air Products & Chemicals, Inc.
  • Alachua County
  • Battelle Memorial Institute
  • California State University
  • Community Medical Centers
  • County of Monterey
  • Pacific Lutheran University
  • Riverside County
  • Smiths Group
  • Union College
  • University of Massachusetts

AUG members have diverse telecommunications and data backgrounds and expertise (operations, technical support, planning, voice and data experience). AUG is governed by a board of directors comprised of members elected by the association. The AUG Board of Directors' charter is to encourage participation by members and develop the annual conference.

What Membership Offers

User Group Forum
Members of AUG have exclusive access the AUG Web Forum (www.aastraug.org/) that allows members to ask questions via posts, emails private messages as well as get feedback from other members on general technology as well as Aastra-specific topics.

Annual User Group Conference
Typically held in the spring, the conference focuses on learning about new Aastra products and upgrades as well as networking with other Aastra users. Aastra senior management, product managers and support personnel attend the conferences to readily discuss your ideas and views about Aastra products.

Network With Other Aastra Customers
AUG provides many opportunities to communicate with other members to exchange ideas and information. AUG also provides tools such as a membership directory and site profiles to help in that process.
